She answered texts and emails quickly and thoroughly; answering our base questions, but typically going beyond that to preemptively provide further information which limited followups on our end and gave us valuable insights (we went from knowing next to nothing about buying a house, the market, or the process, to pros at the end, mostly due to Rachel). 2) Her knowlege of our local market - she had a great feel for the local market, including in depth knowlege of the intricacies of different neighborhoods, price points, and considerations. She also has a strong local network of contractors, inspectors, etc that was very useful to draw upon. 3) Rachel has a strong knowledge of houses in general - ranging from types of appliances to HVAC systems to building materials. Rachel is the definition of dedication! Just when you think you've asked all the right questions, Rachel will point out many of the things I would not have thought to ask.
